QUOTE(westlife @ Dec 23 2016, 09:53 PM) slower in what way? cannot attain 100Mbps for TM while time can? Shouldn't be rite? Why always I press get it now it shows a page error?seriously i feel my 30Mbps plan is real fast for all my needs, plus next year upgraded to 50Mbps will be even faster, that's why i am having dilemma if i should go for 50Mbps plan at RM229 now and get the free upgrade to 100Mbps next year. besides, i noticed the online sign up actually showed the plan that can be subscribed based on the address keyed in, i guess it should be a good 'guide' on whether an address can support 100Mbps for unifi. QUOTE(fruitie @ Dec 27 2016, 07:56 PM) Both Streamyx and UniFi will be pro-rated. I might be in the same boat soon. I move one lorong over from my current one but I cannot find the lorong number in unifi site location check but all others have plus my current one obviously. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Gonna move early to mid next year gg.Well, dealers just help you to register, so if TM rejects the application, you will not get too... QUOTE(westlife @ Dec 28 2016, 09:27 PM) in most cases, landed property should have no problem to support 100Mbps, only apartment will have the worry. Since no contract left, you would have to fork out money for a new stb, or can get replace for free by renew contract thus warranty too for the new equipments.besides, i am checking a question for my uncle, his house unifi is VIP10 now (free upgraded from VIP5), he has been using this service for quite long time and no more contract. However, his hypptv setup box was spoiled. any solution for him if he wants to get a replacement setup box? |

QUOTE(westlife @ Dec 28 2016, 09:54 PM) i see. renew contract can get all devices including setup box, wifi router etc. for free or just the one spoiled? Only spoiled haha. Or you can complain for the wifi signal not good or disconnection issues for the router. But I think they will charge RM53 though. Depends on the situation.how much is the hypptv setup box itself? |

QUOTE(dickybird @ Dec 31 2016, 04:07 PM) Problem with the line. Called the 100 number and did the speedtest on the tm webpage, results were so sad. Download speed is only 14+, upload is 10.5. What area? They refreshed the port and I rebooted the modem, repeated the test, same result. So they requested a technician to check the line. |

QUOTE(manx @ Jan 1 2017, 08:40 PM) Same case. Moving next year but next lorong don't have while all other got. Cause the house all recently privately built and when last time they install there 1 or 2 house there only. Now almost full. I msg tm told them to check for me. Report in progress now. They should install since now all full of houses. Moreover, next lorong -.- . If really no coverage, then they will terminate and waive the termination fee. |
