slower in what way? cannot attain 100Mbps for TM while time can? Shouldn't be rite?

seriously i feel my 30Mbps plan is real fast for all my needs, plus next year upgraded to 50Mbps will be even faster, that's why i am having dilemma if i should go for 50Mbps plan at RM229 now and get the free upgrade to 100Mbps next year. 

besides, i noticed the online sign up actually showed the plan that can be subscribed based on the address keyed in, i guess it should be a good 'guide' on whether an address can support 100Mbps for unifi.

this afternoon i went to tmpoint to upgrade to 50mbps, then at 6pm-8pm my unifi suddenly down after i restart the btu and router.. at around 8pm+ the unifi back to normal and the speed upgraded already..

No. pull the handbrake. canceled my upgrade. 

Called 100 but still in the 7 days process, so I went to tm point and tell them upgrade NOW   
Called my son to do speedtest at home as soon as the cs there said done, instantly upgraded 

in most cases, landed property should have no problem to support 100Mbps, only apartment will have the worry.
besides, i am checking a question for my uncle, his house unifi is VIP10 now (free upgraded from VIP5), he has been using this service for quite long time and no more contract. However, his hypptv setup box was spoiled. any solution for him if he wants to get a replacement setup box?

i see. renew contract can get all devices including setup box, wifi router etc. for free or just the one spoiled?

too good for 50Mbps package. TM did put a 10% buffer at downstream and upstream

Problem with the line. Called the 100 number and did the speedtest on the tm webpage, results were so sad. Download speed is only 14+, upload is 10.5.
They refreshed the port and I rebooted the modem, repeated the test, same result.
So they requested a technician to check the line.

no upgrade yet. It won't happen until April.

Guys... anybody has experienced moving house but no unifi at new location. What will happen then??
