Yes. As long as it is not a free upgrade you are eligible to get ones. But of course its depend on hardware and technical cause. If you are on FTTH, you are on the higher chance to get free upgrade.
Steady download speed/solid 46 Mbps or slowly increasing download speed?
*
Consistent download speed.

Can anyone recommend me a good cheap router to replace my aging DIR-615 that can only get this kind of speed on wifi, via LAN I can easily get 32Mbps and 10Mbps.

Alternatively you need only buy wireless access point N rated and plug it into one of the LAN ports of your existing router. Disable the wireless on your router and use the new N rated one. It's cheaper this way, u can get less than RM100

Thank you for the suggestion. How do you disable the wireless on dir-615? Btw, let's say I terminate and resubscribe, will they provide me with a new router like DIR-850L?

I'm thinking of changing from unifi vip10 to maxisone 10mbps. I'm paying rm179 currently for vip10. Will be nice if can get 10mbps but pay only rm139. Will TM counter offer me to stay with unifi? Is this like their SOP or just plain luck?

I'm sure it's quite straightforward to disable the wireless.
And yes, they'll provide you a new router if you resubscribe.

I'm on the same plan. But you'll still pay GST and few dollar call fees so effectively you still pay RM10.XX extra.

Worth it though.
