Can anyone recommend me a good cheap router to replace my aging DIR-615 that can only get this kind of speed on wifi, via LAN I can easily get 32Mbps and 10Mbps.

Thank you for the suggestion. How do you disable the wireless on dir-615? Btw, let's say I terminate and resubscribe, will they provide me with a new router like DIR-850L?

It's already stated in the FAQ on TM's website that the upgrade will begin in phases starting April 2017

Is it just me or is anyone else is having this problem as well? I haven't be able to get more than 23Mbps since yesterday. I've restarted both the BTU and the router and I still cant get at least 28Mbps. These tests are done via LAN btw. Should I ask TM to reset my port?

I'm getting the same issue as the one I got 2 days ago. My download speed is capped around 20Mbps, is anyone else having this problem as well? Area is pj, speedtest done via LAN, i'm the only using the connection, and I've restarted the btu & router after TM had reset my port. I'm on Adv30

Those are only for unifi pro 100Mbps subscribers because they don't get speed upgrades

If I want to terminate and reapply, do I just call tm and say I want to do those things and then they will come to change the equipment to the new ones? For example, they will change the dir-615 router to archer c5/dir850L?

If I don't use my phone number anymore, how will I know if they've sent me the "RM0.00 Msg frm TM: Your new UniFi package has been activated. Please turn off modem power, wait 10 minutes, then turn back on to allow synchronization to the server. TQ". Will I also get an email?

I entered the wrong mobile number as well, then I asked TM if I can change it and they said no need to worry cause any update regarding the speed upgrade will be informed through email as well. Hope thats true
