Isnt most abuser abuse because of the rewards points. If no reward why they wanna keep paying 0.50 to rm1?

Like an abuser abuse Tesco 0.55 mineral water 0.55 x 50 = rm27.50

1 month 2000 points = rm27.50 x 5 months = rn127.50 = 10000 points

If he change a gear sport rm1299 for rm127.50

What if he have 2 to 3 samsung acc with debit cards.he can do multiple redemptions

that's why la i stop chasing point... no use when its being abuse.

When i say cashless I'm referring to those using physical cards too. Not just Samsung pay or bank cashless apps.

Minimum RM5 will keep off the poor abuser, but the rich abuser will be there I reckoned? If there's such thing, haha...

Same here....I'm also a genuine user. I'm using it for my usual purchase. It's just that to maximise rewards points, I may leave some purchase for another day if it's not urgent....haha

That is exactly what I have been doing / practising ever since I started using Samsung Pay. It is naturally a more convenient way for me instead of carry cash around and the hassle of carrying so many loyalty cards with me.

Those who faced the problem, performed a factory reset and it solved their issue. Try looking back at a few pages where someone posted about this problem.

You could also chat with samsung cs but they will likely ask you to perform factory reset too.

based on your example, i will not say it is "abuse" because the user did perform a genuine transaction in order to gain points, even though it is RM0.55 mineral water for 50 times
i will say this is the "loophole" instead

i will say it is an abuse when the user purposely do transaction at own or friend credit card terminal without actually buying something (be it buying goods or services).

this is my own opinion. hope u dont mind ya
