about the ram, i called the sony call centre. the customer service consultant is the person telling me that the ram brand is secret as he got instruction from boss.
I asked him so i will buy the laptop without knowing whats the ram MY laptop using and i have no right to know whats the brand of my own laptop. I did keep asking him whats the reason, He said dont know.
I supposed most of them are still new and seldom been ask this kind of question.
Kantiaros, if you need any program to check the brand of the RAM, let me know, i can give it to you. Save it in thumbdrive go there and check. They will be amazed coz not many people know how to check.

Added on April 4, 2008, 2:49 pmI realise CR35 the keypad quite insensitive.. let's say you type 'K' 2 times continuously.. and type it fast... only 1 'K' appears. Recently, there are alot of staff quiting and new staff keep on coming in.
Well, as long as they didnt provide you the wrong information, then should be ok. It's actually you cn tell the product consultant that you want to meet the product specialist over there. Those are the seniors over there. And i supposed they know how to answer all your quest. =)
Erm, regarding about the keypad issue, i will recommend you to send for service and check whether is the product fault or not since it's stil under warranty, rite ? =)
