They do provide free consultation for it and help you reformat if it is necessarily. Well, if it is hardware problem, send to KLCC sony style outlet, there will be a special service centre. Then they will send it for service. |

if u did buy the laptop from sonystyle.. u can arrange for pick up service.. no need to travel all the way to shop... but i still have not tried pick up service.. so dunno how long it takes
