Payment Process
Weekly Payment Cycle: Mon 12:00 am – Sun 11.59 pm

Incentive Payout: Directly topped up to your Credit Balance by Wednesday

Credit Balance Cashout: Excess of RM150 (Auto) as of Tues 11.59pm

Cash Balance (GRABPAY) Cashout: Manual (before end of cycle). Minimum RM10.

Final payout: bank transfer to your account/3rd party every Friday.

But I'm not GC driver

This morning 3 hours drive. Since I am part time driver, incentive fall to Tier 2.

Time - Payment - Incentive
6am - RM39 - RM1
7am - RM13 - RM32
8am - RM23 - RM22

Total payment received RM75 + Incentive RM55 = Total RM130
RM130 - 20% Commission RM26 - Petrol RM12 = RM92

Average 1 Hour get RM30 after minus commission and petrol.

For part timer, hitting rm480 fare is possible if you drive 3-4 hours daily. The difference is rm5 per block. If calculate for the whole week is a lot actually.

If I drive full time, my morning 3 hour trips payment + incentive should be RM145 already. Minus commission and petrol can get RM105, 1 hour RM35.

You won't get jobs. Tried it with a passenger next to me booking, it will just not ping you. What i'm wondering is, would GC still consider you as online for that hour block? Can't be right, seems like an easy way to collect incentives for hours then. Do one 3RM trip,. make sure your credit balance is below 15rm, then relax somewhere for the rest of the hour with the app online and available. LOL.

Good money in gross profit but after u minus off the operating cost , It will look differently.

Basically u have to know to control the cost , no point u earning more but in the end u spending quite an amount Into the car.

My personal view to score 3 trips during Mega Peak is being online at non busy areas, preferably college or uni areas. Short trips with almost no jams, easily can get 3 trips in one hour. At the end of the week, if we still maintain 50% pickups at busy areas we still entitled to incentives right? what say u all grabbers?

I checked before. You the pickups that count as trips done for incentives have to be done in busy areas.

Has anyone encountered with taxi driver following from behind during trip? just now got one taxi followed me till i took the other road. not sure if coincidence took the same road or not.

Do not stress yourself out aiming 3 trips per block. If you look carefully 2nd trip is just +RM10 and 3rd trip is just +RM10.
Yes college area is easy but you will also face riders taking trip straight into the city for example.
So do you ignored? Or accept then cancel?
Or another case you will also end up doing more than 3 trips.
All depend on luck.

When I started I also aim big for 3 trips per hour. But now I rather sit back and relax. The aim is finishing the first trip each block. Then if received further ping is a bonus. If not then just browse phone / eat / lepak at the roadside. Cheers.

Yes, still entitle for incentives.

No, definitely you're wrong. Who told you that? Grab staff? They were giving wrong info. You can still get incentives for trips done in non busy areas as long as you maintain weekly 50% trips done in busy areas during any of the 4 peak hours. Hope this clarify.
It's easier now, check Grab busy areas by using Google Map on phone (colour mapping). If the background appear in colour, that means it's covered.

Incentives will be transferred into your credit wallet by Tuesday late evening if you are qualified, the latest by Wednesday late evening. To cash out on Friday afternoon, you need to have total amount that is above RM150.

E.g. Your credit wallet has RM50 on Tuesday evening before incentives being transferred. Then, RM200 transferred by 11.59pm and makes up a total of RM250, so system will automatically cash out RM100 on Friday afternoon and you should receive it by Friday evening. However, if incentives you get is just RM100 which makes up the total into RM150, you won't be able to cash out any at this time. That RM150 will remain in the credit wallet for deduction use.

Not sure how to cash out for those who stop driving Grab.

Yes, 100% sure, because I stay in outskirts! Didn't you receive sms on Saturday evening regarding percentage in busy areas? Or else you can check the pick-up addresses by Google Map for phone, easy and convenient.

This week i'll qualify, lookin fwd to seeing how much. So question is, cannot cash out of the credit wallet until more than 150? Thats fugged up. I think B and P hours possible to relax after 1 trip. But Mp, Up and Hp hours, I can only relax max 10mins. Sure kena pinged.

I think rm150 is too much la. Rm50 ok la..

Myself also didn't get any text or email at the beginning. I went back to kiosk and found out I was registered under taxi fleet!! Not grabcar fleet.

So advice to all ... When you register, just ask and make sure it's under grabcar fleet..

RM150 in wallet can drive part time for a week without need to topup.

i always been wondering if Grab will take any action against riders which keeps driver wait for a very long time or not.....
coz i always spam in emails complaint to Grab for riders letting me wait for more than 5mins and all they do is duly noted only......

I suspect they won't impose ban on the riders. Anyway setting up a new rider account is easy as well. So we are doom.

Haha I got two Thai ladies who were clearly prostitutes, and refused to tell me their jobs. Instead they said follow them and they'll show me Hahaha.

Another time, I got this African lady who was carrying practically a new born baby. Who didn't bring her phone and needed a lift back home LOL. After I already grabbed them there la.

But I think for me, one of the cutest fellows was this small school kid, primary school, who kept asking me what I did full time and whether I've settled my car loans and down-payment how much etc. Which was super amusing as he said it all in very broken English and in a very adult way. Haha

Cancellation that driver does is always counted toward cancellation rate. Just how it is, no choice. Try to make sure the customer cancels.
