No need to call CS. They are robot. If you don't believe you can call and ask what is the current minimum acceptance rate to entitle for incentive. They will answer 90%.

That's bloody ridiculous. So what we do? If we accept same person, we cancel on them?

I did ask them to cancel politely. I told them Grab don't give us incentive if we fetch same customer within a week.
Hopefully grab cancel this stupid policy.

Best not to explain to them the real reason which is your incentive will be affected because doing so will only made them feel powerful like a biss and will treat us like slave.

Just pick them up and send them to their destination. Forget the incentive if you so happen to bump to the same rider.

Inform HQ to tell them that you pick up the same rider within same week, if not system will assume you gaming !!

Don't talk about anything incentive. You guys really. Hopeless

If I'm the rider, I gonna log a complain if a driver ask me to cancel the booking. I waited so long for driver and those app glitched is not my issue,lol.

Same here. Policy is in place so we can't use friends or family's accounts to cheat for incentive. While I agree that some modification and fine tuning is required, I understand why it's there

If we don't talk about incentives, which is $, then why we drive for? Charity?

We were penalised by the cancellation rate even if customer no show & dont pick up hp.

GC shall protect driver benefits as well.

No ban one la, call in make complian wouldn't get ban, they just let you talk they just mute you till you realised you talking to your self till you happy and hang up

just pick and drop as usual only. no big issue.
find another trip to cover for that trip block that's all. you are still considered online all the while.

Sometimes the situation will make you ponder.
Eg.
You fetch a customer at 5.50pm and drive through all the congestion until 6.50pm. You only left 10mins to get a customer for 6pm incentives. You received a ping from a customer you fetch earlier on for only rm5 fare.
If this trip doesn't count as incentive by GC, will you still accept and drive happily?

There is a reason why driver app have cancel button in place.
Meaning we also have the right to reject customer.

We have both acceptance and cancellation rate by GC, as long as we satisfied these requirements without hanky panky then it should be fine.

We drivers are human and we are asset to company.
Without the drivers, company cannot function at all.
Thus, drivers wellfare shall be protected.

Honestly speaking, if I drop a customer at 5:50pm or close to 6pm, I just turn off the app. Becos I rather hit the next hour block...
