When I started I also aim big for 3 trips per hour. But now I rather sit back and relax. The aim is finishing the first trip each block. Then if received further ping is a bonus. If not then just browse phone / eat / lepak at the roadside. Cheers.

Incentives will be transferred into your credit wallet by Tuesday late evening if you are qualified, the latest by Wednesday late evening.  To cash out on Friday afternoon, you need to have total amount that is above RM150.

E.g. Your credit wallet has RM50 on Tuesday evening before incentives being transferred. Then, RM200 transferred by 11.59pm and makes up a total of RM250, so system will automatically cash out RM100 on Friday afternoon and you should receive it by Friday evening.  However, if incentives you get is just RM100 which makes up the total into RM150, you won't be able to cash out any at this time.  That RM150 will remain in the credit wallet for deduction use.

Not sure how to cash out for those who stop driving Grab.

i did cancel that. but got pop out one msg like
" this booking already cancel by the passangers?"

And i am partime driver, 1 job ignore or cancel = big impact for my percentages.

Last week drive fare RM490 - 20% = RM392
Last week incentive after minus 20% I get RM512.67 XD

seriously too many driver on the road. you don't believe just pull out the rider apps and check.

evening used to avoid KL city due to jem. if can want to run away. but now is different. today I willingly drive into KL to get ping. got trip out KL to jelatek and ampang then drive back in KL. really no choice.

Grab did promotion to increase riders. Ya, KL area can get ping easily on evening. To hit incentive, better go there. The place that people hate to go always can get ping easily.

Hi, my phone is Xiao mi red 3s the latest one, have tried locking the grab app n open the waze still not working.

Today I online GC after shopping at 1U around 7pm. High fare ping keep coming for 2 hours. Finally ended up in Bukit Bintang with total fare collected RM 79 for about 35 km of driving.

I called service line to ask on the online hours.  They say need to be online on the given time frame.  Lets say 6am - 9am, we cannot offline within tat time.  If not no incentive.  Wat happen if tat day we sick or we have emergency need to offline for 1hr? All the hard work for tat week gone loh? 
But again I'm not sure if tat lady giv me correct info or not😰
