Yes, I'd faced the issue also....tried call to them to fight back my incentive....but they no bother.....I'm using IOS.....

More than one month I'm using IOS.....they said will put a note as remarks....can't do anything for the acceptance rate....  

My incentive RM250 gone also....   

and Grab dont even bother to fix this problem?

Please revert back to old version if can , new version not so stable yet

Does your phone has an option , when you minimize the screen , is the app is still running at background ? If no please enable it.

when will we get email on the breakdown of last week sales?

Should be UP.  You get RM45 for 2 trips and RM55 for 3 trips if you sign up for Grab Embassador program but these are just gross amounts.

The calculation for 2 trips is RM45-RM5-RM18=RM22-20%=RM17.60 nett.

For 3 trips, RM55-RM6-RM6-RM7=RM36-20%=RM28.80 nett.

But you must fulfill 5 criteria they mentioned.

Grab system is impossible to get the same drivers if you are at hot spot with many other drivers around.
Rider can try request but surely will get other drivers.
Top up amount TO THE GUARANTEE HOURLY RATE.
Not top up ADDITIONAL guarantee hourly rate.

While driving otw to bangsar, online lor, sure got ping. 

1. 10 pcs of rm10 and 20 pcs of rm1.
2. Switch off the job button.
3. Hard to get same passenger. I kena before but dint get ban. U can call CS for remark.
4. U can always start at the same place. Camping is now define as waiting inside the building or indoor to get ping.

Dont waste time at kepong  hardly get any ping there

try drive nearby jusco and aeon area sure got ping but mostly either ma pren or bangla rider.
or try go publika area for better rider......

finally gotten my first email statement from Grab.
but it only show me how much incentive i get for each type of hours block.
didnt show the summary of total fare + total incentive like sifu here share some time ago.
did their statement format change or i have to look at else where?

btw, last weekend is disaster, from previous weekend getting average 2-3 rides per hour, down to 1-2 rides per hour, i believe there are really too many drivers in JB versus the demand
