Ah...i think you are using the new version, right? Im still using the old one.....so, the credit balance is vely easy to see. I think there's a link here in the forum(few pages back), you can re-install back the old version (which is better).

Yes, I'd faced the issue also....tried call to them to fight back my incentive....but they no bother.....I'm using IOS.....

Can snap a shot for me to see how is it like? old version is not only more friendly...but more stable, the new version when you play your phone on the other screen, when ping request come in it will automatically dropped in other words when doing Grab you only focus on 1 Grab app only if any whatsapp or sms comes in and u read it  this will affect your acceptance rate old version when ping request comes in it will bring the Grab app up to the top screen and prompt you whether to accept or not

IOS is like this. must be very sure of rider cancelling. because you must quickly press okay. if not next ping request enter you cannot even see the request but can hear the ping and vibration. only way is to exit the apps and log back in. you will lose acceptance rate there. yup is normal for IOS.
