Got the memo but didnt always check how much balance i have. Only after i decided to rest and turn off the apps then the apps informed me my credit is below RM15 already.

Already complaint this to their Customer Service.

Complain also no use... your own fault for didn't check the balance from time to time.. bye bye to the fuel you burned for few hours

Ah...i think you are using the new version, right? Im still using the old one.....so, the credit balance is vely easy to see.
I think there's a link here in the forum(few pages back), you can re-install back the old version (which is better).

Anyone have problem with waze?
It seems to me it not as smart as it used to be.
It takes a longer route and don't use short cut or other shorter available route.
I checked my setting it's set to fastest route under navigation.

Change it to shortest.

Fastest means take one big round to save maybe 1 minute time....waste petrol only.

Yes, I'd faced the issue also....tried call to them to fight back my incentive....but they no bother.....I'm using IOS.....

So old version is more user friendly? Can snap a shot for me to see how is it like?

old version is not only more friendly...but more stable, the new version when you play your phone on the other screen, when ping request come in it will automatically dropped in other words when doing Grab you only focus on 1 Grab app only if any whatsapp or sms comes in and u read it this will affect your acceptance rate

ahhh. thats why suddenly in 10-15mini get 4 cancellation trips.

IOS is like this. must be very sure of rider cancelling. because you must quickly press okay. if not next ping request enter you cannot even see the request but can hear the ping and vibration. only way is to exit the apps and log back in. you will lose acceptance rate there. yup is normal for IOS.

and Grab dont even bother to fix this problem?

How long u have been using IOS? What the customer service ppl tell u? My acceptance rate drop below 80% last week because of that issue. T.T

More than one month I'm using IOS.....they said will put a note as remarks....can't do anything for the acceptance rate....

My incentive RM250 gone also....

I think you can consider to buy a second hand android phone, rm 250 can get one ady.

I will make my complain tonight. Hopefully they will do something.
