You do not understand the system works.
During peak hour RM3 fare will be hunted by many drivers.
And even now during off peak hour also I guess RM3 fare will got drivers willing to take.
Be it got promo or no promo. It doesn't matter.

Yup, I hunt for rm3-5 ride during mega peak, easily get 3 trips,rejected those rm10++ trips

i thought Grab implement min RM5 per trip regardless RM2-4 trip? Grab will compensate le.....
for those opt into kuli RM6 per trip, this is for those didn't chase incentive like me....

then your acceptance rate can get 90% above or cancellation rate below 10%??

Initially also dun like get this it will effect the rating as well as the cost effectiveness ..... but then again..... this will help gain trips number in a block of hours in getting higher incentive, those not under ambassador program can ignore entirely. Btw, Grab got this reimbursement to driver that guarantee fare of MYR 5 if I not mistaken for fare less than MYR 5.00

However, pls not to forget those whose really need a ride, please consider :

OKU, blind man, pick up from Hospital or clinic, pregnant ladies, ladies holding children, or rider in a lost

Of course never know until reach pick up point, but any driver who is appear to be otw or along the way to pick up point and opt to give them a ride.

If in area like bukit bintang, Time square, pavilion, klcc, then can totally ignore, except the above point apply (got experience pickup at HSBC bank while waiting the traffic light turn green under the monorail station, wanted to go Wisma Gold hill)

Can consider for pick up point in housing area or night time where traffic is smooth.

we cant do much. drivers scare to cancel because the %.

Drivers are the one to cancel because not your fault, you shouldn't cancel it yourself, apparently Grab thinks you are making fraudulent bookings and suspend your account.

So I got banned because of the cancellation? Wow..

What if driver requested for cancellation?

For fare chasers, Grab will top up to RM5 or even RM6 if you hit the minimum trips requirement per week.
Not required to even opt in/opt out. It is automatic. Tq Grab!!!


I sent partial blind couple to emergency before. Drove like F1 driver. FOC. Impress how they even know how to request Grab.

The way to really make money with Grab as a driver is to hit the incentive. Not the fare la.
You get more money when you do 3 trips in an hour block. So, Grab drivers LOOOOOOVE short trips.

Aim for the incentive. Not the fare...

Actually, i think still alot of Grab drivers out there are confused how Grab incentive works.

Now its either 85% or 88%.

No more 90% la wei....

Nowadays only 85% AR, i didn't cancel any trip. I do this only for Mega Peak, other peak hours just took all reasonable trip. U can cover the 85% AR on the weekend, part-timer only
