Educate riders the most important thing for Grab to do now. Today itself I received:

1. Pickup location in the middle of the highway. OMG!!! So ridiculous. Need to call again and again to make sure I do not miss the road if not for sure need to make one big turn. And the rider pickup location is KIA MOTOR. For sure the location is available to choose from.

2. Multiple dropoff Uni Students in their campus. This is usual especially in UM. So huge the place. From one campus to another easily will cost fare of RM3.

3. This is the worse of the lot. Mama pren took 20+ minutes to come down. Reach destination need to wait another 10 minutes for papa pren to appear and pay the fare. Zzz......


End of driving, I called up CS Grab and lodge report on all the above trips. Then email details as well to Grab support.

Can simply charge higher ? These ppl willing to pay ?

Even if charge higher, who know later they call cs complain driver charge extra then got suspensed.

My acceptance rate was 95% last week. But GC report show 73%. And their forfeit my incentive. Dear fellow what should I do now, thanks.

guys....wanna ask any of you all send your car service to Grab partnership service centre?
is it really more cheaper than your usual place to service your car?

another thing about the Grab ambassador i notice the fully synthetic engine oil for petron can we go to any petron station to purchase or how does this work?

I service my car at dtox..cheaper than I buy those engine oil and oil filter at spare parts shop.
