My guess if u wan to get RM100 cashback for April txn, u will still need to spend... because in April 2024- ur online transaction is -3500+3300 = -200. To get RM100 cashback for Apr24, u need 1250, i.e. u need to spend another RM1450 to have nett transaction of RM1250 after minus the refund,.. but really dunno how maybank treat this since your initial spending is more than 1250... I wonder whether ur Mar24 txn CB will be claw back by RM16 due to the nett amount is still negative 200.. but, u can dispute if their system cant capture it...

Can I know does 6month EzyCash plan is it without interest charged at 8.88% per annum for the current promotion?

Means borrow RM3000 for 6month plan and will make monthly payment of RM500, without additional amount?

You should use "Management Fee" instead of interest.

Maxis is not utilities. Pay Maxis using the app.

I did the conversion 15 years ago, so it may be different now.

It should take a few days only. You can still use Maybank CC till you receive and activate the new Islamic CC. So pay your statement balance before you activate new Islamic CC.

Update,issue solved.

I called MBB and she told me my phone number wasn't registered on their system, therefore I couldn't use the Amex CC to pay online. So, she helped me register, and finally, I can use the card. Hooray!
So, if anyone is a new MBB CC customer, please take note ya.


Hi, I just got my Platinum Ikhwan Amex card and already used PayWave for the first payment.
Then, I used the Shopee app to pay a bill (Unifi), but it failed. I searched through the thread and found out that AirPay doesn't accept Amex. Okay, so
I used the Lazada app to pay a bill (Unifi payment), but it failed too.

Airpay accepts Amex now.
But someone reported new AMEX user might not be able to add a Amex at Shopee App due to 4-digit CVV, not sure Shopee technical team already fixed the bug or not.
