I re-applied again in The Gardens card centre earlier, let's see how long it will be approved and sent to my house. I think should be no issue considering I already have an Ikhwan card.

Applied on 11 Dec but did not received any confirmation email or SMS. No record at eccris. Tried to apply again, system error. Unable to contact CS for whole day.

succesful upload documents. immediately received Approved in Principle msg

after 2 days, called bank to check application status. NO RECORD found. wow

2 times doing, 2 times no record.

Yes! Same experience, I r eceived the same approved in principle message but no official email or sms. Then reapplied two times until finally system is down. That is when I realise something is amiss and needed to call to check status. Upon calling, no record found too. So did the old fashioned way, download the form, fill up and email.

Hope IF approved, it arrives before end of this year. Else sia sia.

I applied via the card centre, the record appeared on CCRIS the next day.

I applied at One u card center on today.

Is it common that card application via M2U will be rejected? As per checking with call centre, rejected due to credit score not fulfilled their requirement. I’ve m2card Amex card, trying to apply the Islamic Amex card, but received this sms today after 2 days of online application via M2U. Call centre ask me to reapply after 3 months, I asked if I can split my credit limit from conventional to Islamic, the CS can’t confirm. Anyone can share their experience?

Just drop them an email to ask to split limit. I did it 6-7 years ago and it was accepted, now I don’t know but no harm trying.

Submitted online application for amex ikhwan platinum today. received sms stating rejected after an hr or 2. That was unexpected hahha. Salary & mortage acc with mbb. cancelled ikhwan mastercard july 21. no other commitment except cc from other banks. wonder if i shld proceed to apply lower grade amex card or it is advisable to try only 6 months later?

What documents required to apply Ikhwan at card center?
1. Salary slip 1 or 3 months?
2. Need savings account statement for salary credit bank?\
3. Photostat IC?
