My setup: D-Tek Fuzion (w/ Quadcore nozzle kit), MCR220-QP, MCP655-B, MCRES Micro - pretty simple atm. Looking to add NB/SB wb in the future or get the 780i FTW edition lol. Core 2 Extreme QX9650 @ 4ghz; 1.375v in bios, cpuz idle 1.360v, load 1.368v ( 780i vdroop pencil mod) Core temp 0.96.1 Idle: 37,32,38,32; Load (Prime95 small fft all 4 cores): 59,55,52,53 Just a quick setup, still need some work lol. Need to finalize the tygon hose length and mount the pump & res permanently. Chasis is TJ09BW w/ the MCR220-QP mounted in top 2x 120mm fan slot using Silverstone's Radsupport09 bracket. QUOTE(coolkwc @ Feb 23 2008, 01:08 AM) Of course la, ur NB contribute a lot of heat.... r u sure bout that? P35 chip aint that hot... In a WC setup, the stuff that produce alot of heat are GPU and CPU. The rest of it is minimal. IMO, the reason for the high temp difference is mainly due to its pump. Flow rate is important.

Flow rate is important. yeah i suspect oso due to the pump...i guess the flow rate is a little bit high (1800 l/hr) thus not dissipating enough heat from the CPU Water block, as the water flow at higher rate...
