wah bro, i assume the radiator in front of the bay is for CPU, wont it be dumping too much heat into ur casing ?

using distll water should be the best, but it recommended u flush the loop first after using coolant, car coolant known to be quite sticky......

amdhardcore, congratulation finally got ur nightmare over hehe......
but some how i felt that ur system is better without the casing hehe....all ur things so dangerously place. anyway what is the brass/copper tube for ? Ace, ur temp is quite ok and resoanable, u dun expected the temp to go down a lot, but i believe it will maintain about the same even u go to 4ghz. may be u can try to get some more cold air to ur rad, u could see a few more degree difference. |

hehe IcEMoCHa , thinking of goin water cooling ??? well if on q9450 not much to be gain as it limited by the proc itself.... but temp wise might be lower.......
i was thinking to go water cooling before, but after considering the hassle... give up... and 3870 come out at the right time for me to ditch my 8800GTS 320mb heat monster haha........ |

yeap WC excel in load temp capping...... the more water the better it is.
btw speaking of algae, it will grow even u use distilled water, ur system is fill with air before it run distil water. just only the rate of grow reduces. Even with coolant, u will still get some biofouling, but will be minimal in long term |

irangan sudah balik kah haha..........
btw the more water i meant just merely quantity, water can absorb quite some amount of heat per oC of temperature rise. So in theory if u have plenty of water in reservoir, it is better. Longer tube of course does not help at all...... haha |

battery water is PH7, but it does contain a bit other additivies.
distilled water is a better choice, and cheaper too. |

almostthere show us ur gear too, long time never saw u posting around already.........
thx icemocha, time for u to do some cable management i guess..... btw ur pump u just hand there ?? btw for such a big case, the air on lower portion of ur casing is moreless like ambient, so i suppose make no difference if u put the rad outside or inside. |
