dude if u want performance i think mips hands down .
best look for me i think is the koolance but i dont like the inlet outlet orientation on it .
confirm block graphic card when doing SLI or CFx .

MIPS is German made as according to the manufacturer's website, pretty ex. I guess it would be more than 500 bucks in Ringgit

You can ask around in XS, RR-Tech. In fact those that are long enough in water cooling could easily tell you what brands are good and what's not It's not like the crappy brands have been improving a lot anyway, lol.

Ong, I guess Ur talking bout the brand which they r selling their R3E full-covered waterblock for more than 500bucks(RM) huh?

i think most likely any brand would be RM500+ for r3e block
