use gpuz to check ure second rail 12v and the droop u get from ure vddc
on ure hx1k..

lol.. now my second rail on my psu.. confirm konk already on ONE GtX480 only.

whats on the 2nd rail
D5 pump, ( 25watts)
6xfm123 (42watts)
5xnormal fans ( should be around 10 or less)
dvdrw ( max when burning should be 20 watts.. idle should be really low)
1 led
2 ccfl
2ssd
3hdd
1 antec veris elite
12v rail here for mine compare to a dmm read.. difference is +0.02v

so the read i get is idle at 11.92
stock gtx480 load 11.74v
overclock to 1.138 load is 11.68
overclock to 1.2 load is 11.5 and then konk.

that 225 watts from the pcie took a lot of toll on the second rail

he told me he's using the stock 180mm fan to cooldown the rad...he said P2 955be 4ghz on stress load max 46c which i tink its quit good.

Hehehe...I guess crispier photos trick the eye? Hahahaha!
N yeah, I'm not using any fans on top of my res. I don't like the noise. Trying to keep it as quiet as possible so just using the stock fans. I might upgrade those to the white ones by Silverstone though. But they cost a bomb, RM99 each. So 3x99 = RM 297 =.="
The performance on load is like bro Ezzy said. Superb!

if u willing to spend rm99 for one fan
better u buy 120mm noisebloker multiframe m12-p
or 120mm gentle typhoon 1850rpm fan
better perfomance..

dont see why two 480 rad would be a issue with tj07

u either put one at the top with a extended top and one bottom

or the current fav thing going around xs.. two at the bottom with a psu in the drive bay.

hmm overall i find tjo7 kindda small though

hmm if i know cudo well .. the price for the ax1200 is going to be ridiculous

going to get the cm 1200 silent pro gold
.. heard its coming together with the HAF X the same time..
maybe end of this month.

speedlight test after a few months rosak. behold, coke bath can resurrect your broken speedlight brows.gif

gtx260 going away soon (any takers?) final pose with a few updates.

Scythe GT x 3 + HWLabs GTS360, air bubbles are still not properly bled out (dah 2 minggu nih). temps are ok for 4.0GHz i7 930. 44º max @ idle, 63º max @ load. prime95 64 bit 3 hours tongue.gif

Have you tried? smile.gif Honestly, I can bet you the difference is not substantial at all and it's just not worth spending on the NB's unless you have no idea what to do with the money biggrin.gif The NB are expensive because you're paying for the removable frames, rubber screws, bla bla. Expensive doesn't always means practical and it's the best around.

Here are some reads (conducted by a normal user like us). The NB can't even beat the S-Flex with a comfortable margin (price VS performance):
http://forums.vr-zone.com/hardware-arena/6...-pl2-m12-p.html

Another example of Typhoon being a better pick to be used with radiators:
http://www.overclock.net/air-cooling/70821...itch-noise.html

I can only advice but the choice would go to the buyer. RM90+ for a fan is really difficult to justify unless it gives you a 3-4C drop (which does not happen in this case).

have u tried it?..
im also like u reading other reviews,i give an option coz NB is one of the top perfomer..
like i said if rzs77 willing to pay a huge money on a single fan like Silverstone 180mm,
better he buy gentle typhoon or NB .. or mayb u can advice rzs77 for buying Arctic F12 PRO 120mm
that u claim its same performance like typhoon biggrin.gif

I have tried enough of fans and those high end ones are always more or less the same. In the past, the market is about high cfm fans but today, it's about silent and high static pressure fans for CPU hsf or radiators.

My intention is to let people know that some are just fancy looking fans and we are paying for the design and aesthetics more than the performance. I am not stopping anyone from buying but if people insists then go ahead so don't get me wrong.

At the end of the day, it their own money and my point is spending on a rm99 fan doesn't give you the performance you're paying for.

bro r u using Distilled water?..
i have the same situation also,
but im using a tap zhulian filtered water
and the water produce by the filter is "beroksigen"
that i just realized it after i run a leak test.
so when the pum is running they will be a bubble
in the res and micro size bubble at the bottom..
hope it will no harm to my pump..

shell is cooler
but the top part is stupidly made.. u need to take off properly the whole sticker cover thingy.. if not will leak.

I think even if u managed to take the sticker nicely, if the head is f%cked up, it will still leak all over the place. there was once i bought one that popped out and spilled all over the place everytime when i squeezed the bottle. phew luckily it was just to fill up my car's depleted battery water lol
