oic...
but i think adding radiator to the coolit loop helps... not only dump air...
as i knw tec cool to certain wattage rite, takes freezone, elite and eliminator, their difference are the wattage and number of peltiers rite... correct me if i am wrong...
and take ur system as example, not sure i am correct though, ur loop is TEC-PUMP-CPU-RAD-TEC. means when the liquid inside leave the cpu block the raddy 1st cool down the hot liquid from the cpu block to the certain amount of heat (watts) left... then the tec further cool the liquid down... then the result is the temperature as close as ambient...
actually i built my diy system based on almost identical as ur system also... i attach a TEC to a waterblock, cold side on the waterblock and hot side cooled by air heatsink, then raddy and rest are regular water cooling system. problem is i only used single 90w TEC with cold side attached to single apogee water block which made the TEC unit ineffective...
btw, nice temp u got there... made me hand itchy for shoppings again

no the tec rated wattage are the same
freezone and elite difference is the heatsink and the fan cfm.
elminator is the fan, cfm and missing one tec waterblock.
ah theres onet thing i find a lot of ppl forget about cooling.. thermal equilibrium..
hence this case.. it helps only a bit.. not as much as u and i would like.
for tec setup.. look at swiftech .. and check jakob from evga when he was using a qx9650 with 9800gxw or was is triple gtx280.
his temps was excellent.
but overall ppl in xs favours waterchillers using compressors.
