QUOTE(owikh84 @ Sep 7 2009, 09:17 PM) I dont have faith with this H50. For cosmetic can may be it suits. QUOTE(lichyetan @ Sep 7 2009, 09:22 PM) i think the H50 performance is around true120 only... but the looks is cool, black tubing... QUOTE(clawhammer @ Sep 8 2009, 11:45 AM) I think the H50 wouldn't beat the TRUE but even on par it would be a good achievement. There are just too many cheap water cooling sets around these days someone should get one unit of H50 and really try it out, and compare it to TRUE. we need a myth buster like me? QUOTE(owikh84 @ Sep 20 2009, 01:35 AM) I'm still deciding between a full blown WC kit and H50. I feel like i wanna move ahead from air cooler, but I'm still wondering if it really worth the trouble going through all that for a full WC. and since alot of ppl have been asking how is the H50 up against TRUE, I feel like busting the myth once and for all for the LYN'ers. keanaik is quoting me a very attractive price for it....

QUOTE(clawhammer @ Sep 20 2009, 02:28 AM) It's obvious that H50 doesn't do the job well enough Why waste money on it when we know? If H50 is really that good, everyone would stop buying proper/custom WC sets. there u go again abang claw, keep on poisoning me slowly........ i hate u.... but ppl just wanna know whether if it's better than TRUE isn't it? if it's better than TRUE, it's still considered a good WC on budget isn't it? QUOTE(clawhammer @ Sep 20 2009, 02:10 PM) LOL, don't you want your i7 to get 60C++ full load? 89C is a bit hot for that baby and why waste time, energy and money on H50 instead of going straight to the right product for the big kids? that hit me really hard right on the spot.... Now i'm really considering hard... thx to u...

QUOTE(clawhammer @ Sep 23 2009, 01:38 AM) For those that thinks WC kits are good, read this: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/254299-2...blew-wanna-picsCoolIT Domino blew up and apparently there are lots of bad reviews for it too and how is custom WC be of any better than this? similar mishap did happen in custom WC history bro, mind to point out the difference and further elaborate on this matter?

QUOTE(lichyetan @ Sep 23 2009, 10:29 PM) well... leak test depends... my standard leak test procedure always been 24 hours or at least 10+ hours before powering on the system. I suffer a leak before, leak detected after few hours of running, very tiny drop... luckily was on 24 hours leak test. not turning system on yet... so it is mandatory to do leak test for a long period of time before declaring it safe to run on our system? so how would u do the test? bro claw told me that he would unplug the mobo's power cable, is that how u would normally do? QUOTE(lichyetan @ Jan 12 2010, 05:44 PM) lol, i think the inlet correct rite ? the inlet can be flip around when using large compression fittings. and looks like the flow is from res, pump, vga, rad, cpu block then res rite ? if i not see it wrongly. yah definitely correct. he flipped the inlet of the XT WB. so that the WB can fit 2 compression fittings. and man, the res looks absolutely stunning. 2 slots res, is definitely nicer than one slot. QUOTE(clawhammer @ Jan 21 2010, 12:21 PM) LOL, I was waiting for your wonderful reply and every night I dream about that RED RAM's and fan Actually someone is supposed to sell me his triple channel RAM but he is busy smelling people's mouth hence did not reply I've tested out the Team Xtreem and so far it's ok but I can't seem to set CL7 properly in my UD6. I think it's something to do with the BIOS, really weird problem. I'm also waiting for another person's reply bro. if he say yes, my rams will be yours. hey, I'm doing you a huge huge favor man.

I have to agree with lichyetan on addition of rad. My core load temp has dropped significantly by 4c after adding another dual rad to my existing dual rad loop

QUOTE(tolorati @ Feb 21 2010, 09:31 PM) how much would my cpu temp increase if i add mobo+mosfet and gpu blocks on my existing loop? MCP320QP only. any idea? hmm... it probably won't affect much on the idle temp, but rather the load temp would be much affected. as more heat sources are found in the loop thus harder for that rad to get rid of the heat dump
