Anyone got a refund from YES yet?
Several weeks ago, I received a call from YES stating that I will receive an email stating I could get a full refund but I have yet to receive it until today. What's worse is that YES official stores do not have phone so you can't just call them. You have to walk into the store which is quite inconvenient. I got a number from one of the staff but the person didn't bother to pick up/return my calls or reply to my text. Sigh. |

Anyone here who choose refund, refund their extended warranty and screen crack warranty as well? Is it all refund at the place of purchase? or need to make another trip to service center?

got my refund from Samsung KLCC .. returned on Monday , received transfer notification on Thursday. Money in Friday.
