Anyone got a refund from YES yet?

Several weeks ago, I received a call from YES stating that I will receive an email stating I could get a full refund but I have yet to receive it until today.

What's worse is that YES official stores do not have phone so you can't just call them. You have to walk into the store which is quite inconvenient. I got a number from one of the staff but the person didn't bother to pick up/return my calls or reply to my text.

Sigh.

Yea I think the majority of people here refunded the phone to get their money back, and buy another brand while waiting for next year's S8 or Note 8. A big minority here also opted to exchange their Note 7 with S7 Edge as it is the closest thing out there to our beloved Note 7.

Anyone here who choose refund, refund their extended warranty and screen crack warranty as well? Is it all refund at the place of purchase? or need to make another trip to service center?

got my refund from Samsung KLCC .. returned on Monday , received transfer notification on Thursday. Money in Friday.

I think it's better if you return your phone to Samsung Service Centre like some of us here did including me.. I already received Samsung's refund documents through email and have filled in and signed and sent back to them.. atleast better than waiting for YES..

YES is really bad at this. Delaying refunds for so long. Didnt SME take any action when you guys complained?

I'm not sure if all samsung sc accepts but as of now Samsung SC sunway pyramid accepts (because I return it there). Just give them a call first and complaint about YES. You will need to bring your YES invoice too..
