Actually, Note 7 owners who bought their units from SME directly has gotten their refunds /exchanges. Those who bought from resellers like Courts and telcos are those facing this problem.

That's what I have been trying to tell all. The refund comes from dealer, not SME direct. So those who haven't got their refund are being delayed by your dealers.

But one have to look at the situation too. Right now, we have angry forummers who returned their phones but have yet to get their refunds after weeks. Couldn't blame them.

But then again, Samsung should not be held fully responsible as these forummers bought from Telcos and Reselllers and not from Samsung themselves directly.
