How is delaying replacement or refund relates to customers safety? Once you return the device to samsung, you're off the hook. Talk sensibly please.

Some people don't have a phone to use during the replacement period, and the fact that the phone is in the consumer hands(regardless whether it's on or off) is already considered risky. Let's Not talk about luck, but by how it was banned and as a device that's categorized as a failure, it shouldn't even be on consumer's hand today for safety reason. They can just take back the phone first and refund in a week or so, so it won't put other people life at risks.

Actually, Note 7 owners who bought their units from SME directly has gotten their refunds /exchanges. Those who bought from resellers like Courts and telcos are those facing this problem.

Not all SME customers has received their refund. Unfortunately, I'm one of them sad.gif This coming Monday will be exactly 14 days since I've returned the phone and yet to get my money. Will nuke them if I don't get it by then.

Gurney Paragon, Penang. I did call them earlier this week to inquire and they told me that refund forms are sent to SME and the refunds are handled by SME, not by their company.

no choice, need to use back old phone while perhaps maybe might wait Note 8 sad.gif

The ss2 digi kinda blur, ask to return with charger doh.gif
I said no, please ask your supervisor. In the end she said ok, can return without it doh.gif

she said no compensation or what so ever......summore mine is EPP, dunno how the digi gonna refund me

I also return mine 2 unit Note 7 at Gurney Paragon but it only take 5 working day to get my refund,maybe i was the first person at Gurney Paragon to return my Note 7 and that time not much people return their Note 7,i return it on 17th Oct and get refund on 21th Oct

just done my note 7 return at Samsung sunway pyramid just now. straight away they give me cash cheque issued under my name then case close.

kinda miss my note 7, I would said the best phone I ever use. cry.gif

liar i think, i return my N7 to QBM Samsung, and receive the refund to my bank account already, money is transfer from the QBM Samsung shop, not Samsung Malaysia...

because i pre-order and collect from QBM, and the pre-order also stated paid to that shop not Samsung Malaysia...
for refund process i believe they have to claim the money back from Samsung and they are the one return money to customer not Samsung directly to customer
