dude, RM120 is not our money, it's yours.

if you think SCB wrongly charged you, then you should always dispute it with the bank.

why on earth you asking for our permission to call?

apple pay is the medium/gateway.

SCB is the card issuer.

klook is the merchant.

payment flow: scb > apple pay > klook


for refund, process is reversed: klook trigger refund -> apple pay (if not mistaken) -> scb (receiver only)

if klook claimed already triggered it, then delay could be at applepay since scb didn't receive any refund txn in the card, yet.

since SCB is partnering with apple pay, they should be able to advise how refund works, especially thru apple pay.
