Is it normal i still get charge for annual fees even thought retention team call to me and say will waive without any condition?

This is my first statement... I think no 2.0 alrdy answer my question...So i will wait until end of this month or next month...

Also for the cashback is it base on statement month OR calendar month (like MBB) ?

How to get the cash back actually ? Already own the simply cash card for more than a month now, and spent more than 4k, but I dont have a single point.

Anyone knew that NSK is not listed under grocery categories for the simply cashback? Anyone encountered this before?

Problem is, SC default is VIEW ESTATEMENT / EADVICE ONLINE AND GET NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL ALERTS. So I cant view for previous months. I did not notice this is SC way, coz other banks I'm using will send statement to email. Only this month I changed it to SEND ESTATEMENT / EADVICE IN PDF FORMAT TO EMAIL ACCOUNT. 

And see the response from RinggitPlus. They keep on highlighting as if it is a must for me to provide the proof to get the gift. Not for expediting the process. 

I just knew I need to subscribe it last week. Before this only get the notification in email,I thought it was attached. Now I can find it under Historic colum - didnot notice it because it shows Month 17/02/2024.

This morning my simply cash rebate card got compromised. Didn't store my card at any online site still kena. I block it through sc onlinecwebsite and just now 9am call cs to report that 2 unauthorised transactions. New card otw it takes approximately 7 days.

Now i scare dunwan activate my cc edi... so troublesome...

late penalty easy to waive or not??not really check statements tho..

My SimplyCash card expired in 06/24, while the app showed 01 June 2024. I'm unsure if it expired on 1st June or at the end of the month.

I've read the T&C twice and it seems like an easy RM800 + another RM200 if use FlexiPay Plus. Any there any hidden stirngs attached? like must use the credit within 1 months or cannot transfer it out, etc.

Is the 1% foreign transaction fee also applied on the incoming credit transfer? (refund)

I paid for hotel booking in MYR on Expedia. Foreign fee was added. After one day I cancelled the booking and was refunded by Expedia. However 1% of the money is missing. So totally I paid 1% +1% in fees on a cancelled booking.

Is this Expedia fault that it didn't revert the transaction? Why the system is so badly designed?

They going to discontinue this smart card also right?

Cant find Smart Credit Card under their offerings anymore too since the above mentioned revision..

I had to google to find the old product page to seet what other benefits i can still use with this card or consider cancelling it...

I just noticed all the credit cards offered by Standard Chartered has raised their minimum annual income to RM8k per month? I find it quite ridiculous and also losing competitiveness with such stringent requirement.
