However, last full rm85 cb though. Just only been with JOP for one year. Will still keep the card for awhile.

Why still keep this card? There are many better cards out there. Don't waste your spending on this card anymore. Grab the other cards before they also start reducing the CB benefits!

June's CB which will come in mid of July will still be RM85 max. doh.gif

Yes, and I am eager to wait for June's CB to be credited in July so I can sekaligus claim everything and pay off part of my balance in early August brows.gif (hope there won't be any delay for June's CB as my due date is on 8/8 sweat.gif )

My accumulated CB so far:

Honestly, it is still a worthy card. Currently I'm holding so many cards, I still feel it is not a bad card.

I cannot keep track of so many cards especially when my workload starts coming in. I tend to get too confused.

This month I will terminate my Citibank Cash Back (as I have stopped using it for the past 4 months), and then come August I will terminate JOP (wait for my final RM85 CB for June to be credited). It coincides with my JOP first year anniversary. I will instead apply for 3 new cards (Ambank TRUE, UOB YOLO and PB QM).

OOT: Just curious, how many cards are you holding at the moment ya? sweat.gif

To maintain cards, only we know how to maintain based on our habit. biggrin.gif

SCB JOP gives RM 60 cash back, not many cards in the market still offer such high CB.

OOT: Used to own >20 from 9 banks. Now only 16 from 7 banks.

I cannot maintain anything more than 5 cards at any one time. Too much work for too little returns. I could only maintain 3-4 active cards and maximise their full potential. Plus I don't have that much spending to go around more than 4 cards sweat.gif

Question : Do you have auto billing insurance?

If answer is yes, i think u might as well just switch to this card for auto billing portion.

JOP still good if u have more than RM200 insurance auto bill
It just same process to maintain the RM60

Only cancel if they really cannot fulfill the RM250 annual fee waiver XD

good advice. found lots of banks now give lousy rewards for insurance auto bill (CIMB = 0 points, MBB only 1 point). Only FCB is 2%. Moving it to JOP helps to get higher RM60 cashback and potentially higher %

My autobilling of insurance is currently tied to this JOP, so yeah, I feel it's still a good card to keep and provided that AF can be waivable upon request.

Yes, noted some other better card(s) out there which am considering to apply in near future, soon eg PBB VS, UOB Yolo etc

TongCN, I don't do auto-billing for my insurance. I opted to pay lump sum as it saves me a lot more than paying on a monthly basis.
Other than that I spend averagely about RM3k on online spending per month. And now this online spending portion has to be distributed among my other online CB cards (AmBank TRUE, UOB YOLO and PB QM). I could even distribute the spending amount into these 3 cards to maximise the total CB, instead of lumping RM2300 into JOP just for the RM30 online CB.

HelloFuture, I'm afraid that they would only waive if you hit the RM20k spending condition upon request puke.gif

Pray that they no see the RM20k condition but with 2.5k per month, 8 months actually reaching RM20k.

I'm a long time world mile (AF RM600) and all the while they allow me to waive even i never achieve RM60k per annual of spending (tnc) sweat.gif
My annually spending on worldmile also very minimal which probably less than RM5k
