Would like to ask for confirmation here, has anybody topped up Boost via SCB JOP and successfully cashed out all of it?

And reported by user ClarenceT that,

Due to recent "improvements" since 13/3, it is now very complicated and we are yet to get an answer.

If top-up Boost with OTP: "BOOST APP 3D-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY", most likely under Online.
It top-up Boost without OTP: "BOOST APP SSL-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY", unlikely under Online.

Lets say if top up RM1500 Boost without OTP , its not under Online, and its not eligible for the SCB JOP cashback. Because its not considered online.

Any users has met this problem?

Doesn't matter. Still can top up Boost/BP RM1959 / RM1933 regardless CB = 0% / 0.2% / 15%.
Not really difficult to spend RM541 / RM567 on Petrol and Online to achieve RM85 CB.

For bigpay, to withdraw on local ATM they are charging RM6 right.

wanna offset sst, then some rebate?  wahhhh double joyness lor

PBB rewarded me for RM25 per cc, something like they helped to pay the SST if I spend more than RM500 within 50 days. Not sure whether SCB will be that generous or not.

are you getting both? no, right?

I recently encountered some issue with SCB.

I found out that I have 1 non-payment strike on my CCRIS on the month of February. Below is my chronology.

Jan - Called to SCB to make card cancellation for my unactivated supplementary card due to SST charges. Asked them for waiver of SST on all my credit cards as well and it got approved on the spot.

So before I drop the call, I asked if I should pay SST charged on my supplementary card or not as it is never activated before.

I was assured by the CS that I do not have to pay anything as they will set the rebate back to the supplementary card.

---------------------------

Early Feb - I received 4 duplicated SMS fro SCB regarding my unpaid outstanding for my supplementary card. I called to CS again and ask if I should panic over this SMS, and once again they verified that the card has already been cancelled and can ignore the SMS.

---------------------------

Mid Mar - I kepoh go check CCRIS and found out i got 1 shown on CCRIS, called SCB to verify what went wrong because SCB will not list credit card number in the CCRIS report.

SCB confirmed that I do not have any outstanding payment and ask me to wait until CCRIS update their next cycle.

---------------------------

Early Apr - Received 4 duplicated snail mail telling me supplementary card got outstanding payment and I called SCB again, telling me to ignore the letters.

---------------------------

Mid Apr - I checked my CCRIS again, now it show JAN 0 FEB 1 MAR 0 . The non-payment stays there.

---------------------------
Send my CCRIS report to SCB for investigation.

---------------------------

16/4 - SCB called me back after investigation and telling me

- I have RM25 outstanding SST charges on my supplementary card.

- Due to the card has been cancelled, they are unable to offset the rebates into the already cancelled card, so they make it become cash rebates for my principal card (WTF)

My response :

- WTF, so you are from bank side and unable to make the transfer the rebates into my supplementary card because the card has been cancelled, and you expect me to bank transfer the RM25 to my card? I have try to reconfirm if I have any outstanding for the last 3 months and was assured I did not have any outstanding.

Now you expect me to see this non-payment for the next 1 year in CCRIS because of unpaid RM25 (which was supposedly get offset by rebates?)

After that, staff realized that what I'm saying starting to make sense and have no idea how to solve this matter, so she ask for more time for her to figure out how to settle this issue.

---------------------------

IMHO, I think SCB realized they fucked something up due to few things.

If I have unpaid outstanding of RM25, my CCRIS report should show JAN 0 FEB 1 MAR 2 , instead my MAR is 0.
Credit card should not be able to CANCELLED until all OUTSTANDING PAYMENT is settled

Always check your CCRIS report, if I didn't check, gods know how long I'm going to get screwed over by this measly RM25 issue.

Will that affect ur credit score to apply loans or CC ? seems like only a small amount.

Not about the amount, it is considered a no payment and no longer all "0" in CCRIS.
Other banks will not bother the amount but will see your payback history.

QUOTE(ProxMatoR @ Apr 17 2019, 03:06 PM)
ccris won't show amount, but paid or unpaid balance.... so it does affect anyhow
*
Do u all hv eCCRIS account? Gosh I feel like checking CCRIS but it ask me to go bank negara to get the PIN only I can login. And I do not wanna pay CTOS for the report.

You are new, you follow new rule - AF not waivable.
Those using Cashback/Platinum MC before renamed as Liverpool MC,  will follow new rule only on 1/11/19. They are enjoying 1 year grace period till 31/10/19. AF waivable if spending >RM20k, till 31/10/19.

Nowonder , in fact I just activated my JOP and LFC today lol.

Interesting hmm.gif  that this month doesn't appear together

Special RM25 offset for SST can be obtained with call to CS... then probably swipe 3 times then call them again.
Credit on the same day I called after my 3 BP top-up smile.gif
*
few days back I called them up asking for SST waiver, they say no way to waived it, unless to redeem via cashback rewards.

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 7 2019, 09:23 AM)
Sometimes it doesn't, not the first time and will not be the last time.
But usually LFC first.

QUOTE(talexeh @ May 7 2019, 09:44 AM)
Weird, shouldn't you be getting LFC's CB too? Don't they come together?

Same thing for me since I only received my JOP's RM85 instead of RM135. I spent on my LFC on 17-APR, which was pretty early. hmm.gif

No idea, seems like other users also having this prob. Im still new to this cc.
