Just try your luck. My case is i was charged SST then i decided to cancel. after cancellation within 3 days their cs call back and give retention , cash back RM50 + waiver for AF. JOP. basically the cash back is to counter for SST

Hi guys, newbie here but sorry, just out of curiosity, what will happen if i applied JOP from Ringgitplus, branches, agent booth at the same time? Will it be high chance I being rejected for both party? or SC will select to approve my application in one platform and then auto reject the other 2?

Yes. 2300 BP = 30 max
200 unifi x15% = 30

this is one headache behavior on SCB's statement generation:

info from CS:

The statement date changes due to public holiday or if the date falls on a Saturday.
The system will not generate statement if it is on Saturday or public holiday.
The statement will be generated a day later due to this reasons.

need to be mindful if spending on statement date. doh.gif

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Sep 8 2019, 04:36 PM)
continuing this observation.

actual statement date = 8th
(supposed) statement generation = 9th (and it's a public holiday = 9 Sep 2019)
today 8th (Sun), statement got generated 1 day early (cutoff 7th instead of 8th) since on 9th scb cannot generate statement (PH).

guess the system will push 1 day early as long as statement cycle/cutoff is not more than actual statement date.

My statement date is 9th, but this month SCB generate my statement on 8th (Saturday), it is not as per what CS advised u. Dunno what logic they give. For HSBC, I notice they will make sure the pyment due date is same every month, so my statement date will be 1 day early or later follow no. of day

i have noticed this but dont care to find out why.

so i just make all payment latest by 18 days after statement date so i dont need to care about what is the statement deadline of every month.

not just statement payment.

it's the transaction that you make, e.g. 8 June and posted on 9 June. due to this behavior, this transaction get captured/statemented on 9 June (whereas you expect it to "flow" to 8 July statement instead) laugh.gif

read inside the recorded statement date, not the email/filename.

inside the statement

also, the posting date determines whether the transaction gets statement-ed or not.

you dont see it on the portal doesnt mean it's not recorded.

my english not good

Transactions must be postedwithin the first week of the following month to be eligible formeeting the minimum spend stated in Clause 1 above. Please note that transactions may be posted late by the merchant. The Bank will not be held responsible for late posting.

does it mean if i spend/ set auto billing on start or middle of the month i have nothing to worry about?
