hi, i received a call from this number 0386027081, is this genuine from standard chartered?

i tried instant transfer to credit card b4 apparently it doesn't allow... only normal transfer
so i called CS and told them politely that i had transfer payment "today" due to busy schedule.

Finally received sms

am thinking of getting justone, but need to rajin search and compile which online site eligible for cashback

got annual fee though, maybe waiveable
