got a call frm manager,i ask the cb thingy. ask him to explained what it is if that not mean as payment.

then i tell him,yes u,scb may hv stated those interest charge at tnc that we sign, but to me the charge start frm transaction date is nt acceptable.i will hv no complaint if the charges is after due date.

and no i dint begged or ask for waiver.i just want clarification about the classification of our redeemed cb and tell him my opinion regarding this unfair practice.

Did you get the answer from the manager about the cb thgs?
As i have told you earlier cb is considered as payment. For late charges... Its logical they charge from the transaction date of you spending when not paying over their due date(20days bonus period)

BigPay not affected by the new ruling? Do we still get cashback by reloading into Bigpay?

Currently holding 21 credit cards and all are active.

What I do, just record down all the transaction into excel file including information about statement date and due date, it is quite clear already.

And also group them into single tab within same statement date.

And the way you look for your file and records, the statement and due date automatically in your mind.

Do you mind to share how you use 21 credit card in which category to entitie the benefit? 😁

Don't think HSBC Visa Signature is widely used. Haha. You can add MBB Barcelona card to the list.

Baaed on the TnC, it's likely being shared:

2. The amount of retail purchases made by your supplementary cardholders will count towards meeting your minimum retail purchase requirement to be eligible to receive the CashBack.
3. In the event customer owned more than one JustOne Platinum Principal credit cards, all retail purchases made in your JustOne Platinum credit cards will be combined towards meeting minimum retail purchase requirement and cashback will be given to the JustOne Platinum credit card with highest balance with maximum cap as specified in Clause 1 above.

Thanks. Looks like the both the minimum spending to hit different tier and the cashback quotas are shared.

Anyone else having trouble receiving OTP?

I've contacted their customer support, but I'm still not receiving it after their 'fix'.

Sister just contacted SCB to see if they can absorb the SST on her behalf that charged to her supplementary card (given to me for my backup) but the live chat CS said they are unable to do it. So no choice but to proceed with cancellation, hopefully the retention team will offer something since this is just a supp and not principal card...

Any success case with SCB so far?
