Standard Chartered website explaining the cashback tier is so confusing. I own the Justone card and Cashback gold now.
While I understand the cashback for Gold Cashback Card: <RM500 : No cash back >RM500, <Rm800 : 2%, max RM10 >Rm800, <RM1500 : 3%, max RM25 > RM1500 : 5%, max RM50 (excl. Petrol & Insurance)
Can anyone explain a little on the Justone card?
EDITED: corrected cashback tier.

QUOTE(donhue @ Oct 6 2017, 11:04 PM) Actually your Gold CB also a little incorrect.. 2% is only activated if you have minimum spend of RM 500, so it should be: <RM500 : No cashback >=RM500, <Rm800 : 2%, max RM10 >=Rm800, <RM1500 : 3%, max RM25 >= RM1500: 5%, max RM50 (excl. Petrol & Insurance) Ah my bad. Edited my post to avoid confusion to others.

QUOTE(#Victor @ Feb 6 2018, 12:38 PM) Want to ask, does Standard Chartered Credit Cards application always comes with 2 cards? Applied JustOne Platinum Mastercard® credit card with SC salesperson during a booth roadshow. The salesperson insists that each application must comes with two cards no matter which channel you apply, even online or ringgitplus. Is it true? No such thing. I got a Justone card. Standalone.

QUOTE(ronnie @ Apr 9 2019, 10:46 AM) PSA: There's no "grace period" for SCB CC payment past due date. It's true. I was late for 1 day, then i saw interest charges in the next statement. Tried to beg CS thru live chat, got a big strict NO waiver, even though i'm first time late. Maybe next time can try calling CS and request for interest waiver.

QUOTE(David83 @ Apr 28 2019, 09:40 PM) Baaed on the TnC, it's likely being shared: 2. The amount of retail purchases made by your supplementary cardholders will count towards meetingyour minimum retail purchase requirement to be eligible to receive the CashBack. 3. In the event customer owned more than one JustOne Platinum Principal credit cards, all retail purchases made in your JustOne Platinum credit cards will be combined towards meeting minimum retail purchase requirement and cashback will be given to the JustOne Platinum credit card with highest balance with maximum cap as specified in Clause 1 above. Thanks. Looks like the both the minimum spending to hit different tier and the cashback quotas are shared.

Based on latest revision of JO card cashback terms, does it mean if I reload RM200 TnG at petrol station, it will be considered under petrol? Cause I don't have auto billing to tie to this card, and petrol I have other credit card to cover.

QUOTE(TongCN @ Jul 2 2019, 04:04 PM) Maybe can call CS and ask "reloading TnG at petrol station consider as Petrol expenses? " Since it just effective yesterday, we wont know the result until next month Sorry i cant help yet Thanks for replying. I believe since this is new, CS could be giving wrong or misleading answer. If anyone did reload tng with this card before at petrol station and gotten cashback, then I believe the chance is high. If I have to chance to visit petrol station that allow reload tng with CC, I will try by this month then next month we will know the result.

Search function is down, wonder if there's any change in justone (simply cash) card cashback for petrol transaction? I often pay at Shell counter to buy drinks, and used to get cashback. Back in November I reloaded touchngo at Shell but macam no cashback. Is it must pay at dispenser in order to get cashback? Standard chartered's cashback very hard to track, need to manual redeem. To make things worse, justone card's cashback can only redeem at every RM30. I have to rely on the summary of each statement to trace back like the photo below: Photo just example.

QUOTE(beLIEve @ Feb 4 2024, 11:07 PM) No changes since 1 year ago. You have to check how much you redeemed in Dec or if you redeemed in Dec or if you spent enough in Nov. Yea I guess I have to check and table out manually. Thanks ya.
