Called them back.
Apparently CH didn't furnish all the info they collected in their website to SC.
SC asked me how much I earn, where I work, how cards I have bla bla ...

SC officer said that he didn't receive my documents that I had sent to email.
Due to their email server file limitation, I was requested to send the documents in < 7 MB.
I have to re-send them to his manager. I'm not sure if he or his manager received my documents. But this is rather irony.
I suspected that their email server may have blocked my email due to spamming flag as sending multiple emails to the same person.
I also asked if I can send my documents to his Whatsapp.
He replied like no personal phone policy during working hours.
I think I'll just give up!
Wasting time and efforts.
