The 4-Jan top-up is for Jan 2019 calculation... you missed the December 2018 quota.

my statement got mix with others transaction which im not sure ONLY BP entitle or not ( now confirmed got d ), seems urs didnt meet the 2500 range spend ..

Total RM2500 spending of which at least RM567 is used on petrol, online or auto billing.

Did you guys top up big pay with JOP then withdraw it out after getting cashback? Any chances will get barred on Big Pay card if just for topup and withdraw in routine?

Just topup BP, transfer to boost (considered payment to boost), then withdraw from there lo. Or if u know a little more (do some research yourself), u can withdraw from somewhere else..
