Sure flop.

During launch after discount and etc around 7XX only.

Kinda regret I didn't get a unit at Trop Aman thou.

The driving distance between TH to PJ is really stressful.

Well... I have a friend living in Kajang, his travel time to KL compared to mine averages out to be almost the same...

Just that he must go KL to do anything, I still have choice of Subang/PJ...

why that time u wanna buy a project at southern outskirt if u are gonna be hanging around PJ all the time...? maybe u have told me the reason but i forgotten.... haha

On a non peak hour traffic, I'm okay.

On a peak hour traffic, I facepalm a bit.

Just that some compromises must be made in order to make everyone happy so no choice in the end lor.

Need a bigger space for family-to-come and what I want in PJ is currently out of reach until we settle some existing commitments.

So move out 1st and come back when we have enough money to get what we want.

I work in KL, I lepak in KL monday to sunday anyways. I'm okay with the driving except for when it's raining heavily or during peak hour.
