Still thought is high price and people will wait for 1 more round. The previous lelong unit sold at 3rd round auction, also single bidder win at 670.5k.
So not sure this is a good catch or not.

Not sure why. Everyone waiting for rock bottom price?

I enter bidding for other units and this unit got no bidder. Expected auction date early next month. Stay tune.

I think another reason why nobody interested at 600k++ last round is because here required double transfer process.
In the POS still stated master title but in actual fact individual title already issued and developer disallow direct transfer to the next buyer.
Not only for lelong but applicable to subsale as well. Need to do title perfection before able to sell.

Attracted 8 bidders just now.
Unit sold at 670k.
Last month can win unchallenged at 630k but nobody interested. As usual people prefer to wait for rock bottom price then end up fighting each other.
Good luck on the double transfer process.
