how much internal space does one need?

if given you 2000sq....you want 2500sq
give you 3000sq....you want 3500sq.....

I see many bungalow owners....especially one that have 11,000sq internal space....he still renovate the house kau kau...expanding here and there.......

but I do agree that there is no absolute adoring façade....each to its own.

say if they have a house in for example Sunway....I dun think canal city price can beat sunway...even after 5-10years, living environment issue aside.

as far as I know, the entire piece of sunway development under sunway group is on ex tin mining land, therefore its leasehold.

maybe those shoplots are not part of sunway developments, same with old landed.

this is very true. need to give fresh coat of paint every 8-10 years. more so with chiakia developers that used cheap paints.

You have concrete evidence that owners are leaving ecopark because of expanding Cementary? why then Eco Ardence still BBB? You think if you stay in high land in Eco Ardence you cant see the cementary?

only the recent launch of setia alam closer to cementary....not all of setia alam......but from the sound of it....its like the entire setia alam is closed to cementary.

eco ardence also not a perfect piece of land......if you look at its neigbours and HTC, but alas....eco world leh......tan sri's fart also smell better.

as for eco ardence, it launches much later than Cheria and its on the other side of shah alam, doubt that it has much influence of cheria performance.
if Cheria at 1.3mio priced at premium, then eco santuari is super duper premium already.

By the way, eco ardence 1.3mio technically is a link house...not full blood SMD.
