Those properties that people bought more than 5-10 years ago, close eye buy also can sell for profit la

Take a recent launch from Setia Alam or Setia Eco Park and compare it with terrace house or semiD at Canal City......we wait 10 years. If you are still here in this forum , we can compare notes at that time LOL
Right now , at Setia Alam and Setia Eco Park, potential buyers are concerned about the huge expanding cemetery land just north of the location.

You have concrete evidence that owners are leaving ecopark because of expanding Cementary? why then Eco Ardence still BBB? You think if you stay in high land in Eco Ardence you cant see the cementary?
