yes i wan near cheria... btu doesnt mean need to kena potong leher ma.

Seriously 770psft for condo in Eco Sanctuary... how does that even make sense... its Teluk Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat for goodness sake...

I'm shocked hearing that and was thinking if that's the reason which these corner units are hard to sell.

Same postcode so sama sama. All the 3 developers' websites put "42500 Telok Panglima Garang" in their sales gallery address. Difficult to lari from the postcode wan. Lol

went to sunway pyramid tropicana booth today..

they have this new project AMan 1, 4 block of condo selling from rm350k (870sf) and Rm500k plus for (1000sf)

if it condo , it darn cheap... could it be because the fail ecosanctuary high end condo that they are givin such fantastic price?

Wth such prices d finishings will b of lower std mayb ceramic tiles, less ac points etc
