Which phase are you referring to? There have been 3 phases of houses already launched. All have 2 storey units.

Not that close especially for those units nearer to the guardhouse..more Arahsia and Bayan owners would be concerned than Cheria owners regarding HTC 😬

Yeah, personally wouldn't be paying 100k more (after rebates) for smaller BU size for the sake of "design"

This kind of wall is EW level for perimeter fencing already. And even if residents were on a united front asking for this, I don't think Trop will do it. It's a lot of work and it's costly.

Because Penduline actually split into 2 phases of launch. First half (246 units) will be completed by March 2018, while the 2nd half (379 units) expected to be completed by August 2018.
