Aman 1 under title of apartment only right? Dont think so is condo. Just their marketing strategy : apartment with condo facilities. I have submit 5k cheque for pre-launch number queuing purpose. For own stay but have doubt if it's really ok for own stay. |

I m aiming the 870 sqft unit. Different for 1000 sqft only the kitchen area slightly have bigger space compare to 870sqft. 2 people staying only. 870 sqft is good enough.π |

I believe that is a better buy, freehold, low density and located near the golf course. But Price is slightly higher. |
