went to sunway pyramid tropicana booth today..

they have this new project AMan 1, 4 block of condo selling from rm350k (870sf) and Rm500k plus for (1000sf)

if it condo , it darn cheap... could it be because the fail ecosanctuary high end condo that they are givin such fantastic price?
