Saw in PDMC website saying that they are appointed Project Management Consultant under the Tabung Pemulihan Projek Terbengkalai (TPPT) scheme managed by Bank Negara Malaysia.
Amverton Greens price quite high about 500k right? Cant afford le๐ Considering for gaya condo at bukit rimau but not sure if the developer is ok? Developer is PDMC Holdings
There is some amverton bungalow at Bukit rimau next to the golf course.
The reviews/reception were..... Not sterling.... I would advice a LOT of googling before you buy into another of their project.

Would rather try GEO Bukit Rimau for condo instead of Amverton Greens. Walking distance to shops and AEON BIG.

can see only normal fence to fenced up between arahsia/bayan and palm oil field. will it be ok ?
Actually there are some complaints from the buyers on this on the FB.
However, its not united... so i doubt Tropicana will give in to their demand for half concrete perimeter fencing. Its a major upgrade not to be taken lightly, and unless buyers present a united front with huge amount of buyer signatures they wont be taken seriously.

If it were you though, would you want the half concrete perimeter fencing?
In my opinion, i think the fencing looks ok. It's not the cheap kind of fencing. However, probably need plenty of CCTVs for that stretch

Thats why when it comes to G&G places... rule of thumb.. dont buy those on the perimeter/outer ring... I had a fren in Desa Park his house at the edge of the compound thieves jump the fence, came in... hit his place then run out... they usualyl wont go deep into the centre cause much riskier

it is a palm oil field, not limited to human intervention , no ?
Those who complain were talking aboput rodents/snakes coming in easily with the current fencing... problem is.. even with half concrete snakes will still easily come in la...
Frankly I wont mind topping up to get a fencing upgrade...
