The Type B unit is very attractive. Good ID, looks very cosy and spacious. Too bad all sold out. For the price, it is very dai.

as for the interior...a bit too glams and shines..........cant stand it......am sure many will be smitten by it.

For the showhouse I feel Type B > Type A. For the 1.3m price tag it's definitely a steal.

Type B is impressive. Simple, roomy, no funny corners and not too many toilets. Too bad it's sold off (not that I could afford anyway)

1. There is still ONE unit i think, or thats what the sales board shows...

2. Nearly everyone felt this way, that Type B (despite having smaller built up) looks more "spacious"... however, if u look at it closely.. going back and forth between the 2 units.... u will notice that the Type A actually have more space. Type B everything is cramped together hardly any space to walk, and stuff liek the dining table etc are half the size of the Type A. So its a matter of a better "ID work" on Type B.

3. Oh and yes, I'll remove one of the toilet for Type A downstairs

Just check it out last Saturday,
The remaining 1 unit type B, facing road junction was sold morning..
Now can only wait for Sub sale.
Honestly, at this price, it's hard to find anymore.

I was told after discount can go down to 1.1mil for Type B. Congrats to buyers! One thing negative is the laminate flooring but at this price, it is expected.

Laminated flooring?

U mean the upstairs wooden flooring?

That's a 12mm thick with AC5 rated. What else do you want wor tongue.gif

Edit : I dont think it went down to 1.1m, cause Type B is in good demand, at the 1.3/1.35M it will also sell. And Cheria still have about 60 units unsold overall, so its not like they need to cut prices just to close of the phase..

The laminated wooden flooring has cracking sounds when walk on it. Seems the workmanship on it not good enough

This has nothing to do with the quality of the flooring.

Its most likely due to

1. Uneven subfloor
2. Lousy installation
3. Excessive moisture

I'll put my money on 1 & 2.

Lets hope they dont have this issue in the finished product, they rushed these few showhouses, I noticed quite a few compromises on the finishing.
