How much for the intermediate unit?

Arahsia was about 800k+ after discount. Previously I know got 2 unit left, Director released punya konon.

Bayan got 2~3 previously but it was more exp than Arahsia so I did not ask

Arashia now is fully taken
Bayan left 3-4 units

Tenby is more than 150m away from the HTC.
A TA buyer recently uses his equipment to measure the EMF field at this location(TA).
At 50m away from HTC, the EMF reading in Tropicana Aman is zero.
Folks has more danger from their own smartphone in their pocket or their own home appliances e.g. microwave, tv etc

The price already taken account of the HTC. Nearer cheaper, further more expensive. Buy what you can afford and tolerate.

On the subject of remaining units, understood of the 60 remaining units for Cheria, by last weekend 20 units have been sold since the showhouse came up....

Anyway, not all HTC are the same, some are low powered some are high powered.... this particular one looks to be quite mild

2. Cheria how near I cannot answer u as it varies. My Cheria unit is ~600m away and it's in the middle. If you are worried get something further away....

If I got it right there is lack of conclusive study that proofs living near HTC can cause health issue but the psychological discomfort is there. The unpleasant view is another factor as well.
