The Type B unit is very attractive. Good ID, looks very cosy and spacious. Too bad all sold out. For the price, it is very dai.

I was told after discount can go down to 1.1mil for Type B. Congrats to buyers! One thing negative is the laminate flooring but at this price, it is expected.

The price already taken account of the HTC. Nearer cheaper, further more expensive. Buy what you can afford and tolerate.

It looks ok to me as well. A typical link house design, you buy TA for the built up, not design.

However, I cannot accept the perimeter chain link fencing. This was supposed to be GnG but look like some housing area decide to put up fencing at last minute.
