Fire insurance is covered by the bank side. Cause the house is theirs.

Only after u paid off the loan then u buy fire insurance yourself. The cost is also minimal cause most of the value of the "house" is the land itself and you don't need fire insurance for the land....

Normally for strata , fire insurance will cover by management office and we pay yearly, no ?

Tropicana and eco world can really do something amazing

Yes, previously practice was management pay and bill owners separately.
But now cannot bill separately, have to pay from service charges under new strata act. New development already taken these into acc for service charge calculation.

For ur info, the TNB station must be visible and can't be block based on TNB rule & regulation . Tree cannot plant on TNB surrounding as the root will kena the TNB . There is nothing you can do. From my oppion , tropicana won't do anything even complain has been made . : )
Not much ppl care about this TNB as it's compursaly to build n every phase.

But u can try to ask all the onwers to write a letter and submit to the developer and see what they can do. The chances is very slim but this is only way . Good luck boy .

Hi, I just went to their show room today.

It seems that Cheria units are made of pre cast concrete slabs.

Now if I want to do network cabling and alarm system sensors wiring - I was told that we cannot hack the walls to embed the wires. So it will end up having network ducting running around the house - which may be unsightly.

Any solution to this issue?

Add plaster wall all round.

I think the snp or dcm mentioned that you can make grooves in the wall. So I think the cabling wouldn't be an issue. It's Panasonic Homes tech anyway they won't be so dumb.

Sample unit coming up in a month or so. You can have a good look.

I asked around and just received this guideline.

Cause I was initially told opposite Cheria will be SemiD as well..

The plot opposite Cheria suppose to be a mix of SemiD and Bungalow...

BUT... supposed the next phase should have been the one next to Cheria... so now I'm confused

Maybe they launch the Semi? Bungalow first so as to not canibalise Cheria's sales? Cause sales of Cheria larger units still have around 40-45% left...
