Got the last unit of intermediate lake facing in Bayan. I guess someone decided to pull out.

Went around all 4 dev but TA seems to be most value for money.

257 pricing is too steep imo, 26X65 2k bu after discount 970k. IJM design doesn't really attract me and don't have the lake lifestyle. ES semi-D is nice but price beyond affordability sweat.gif

G257 26x65 for a few corner units very strategic placement,, right next to the park.. very nice... but too small for me... and nearly 1M bucks agree with you pricing is kinda steep.

Actually kinda like 257 but those units that I were interested in were all around 1.2 mil (before discount). At that price (even if I have that kinda money), I'll probably top up abit and get a semi-D in TA.

Btw, anyone knows the ceiling height of Bayan Type B?

It's launching soon and price will be started around 1.85m

Last i heard they r waiting for the last batch of student to complete standard 6 this year at old school. Only after that construction will take place..
Currently they r having meeting to finalise design n others matter

No news on the Cheria show houses...

Seems its being pushed back to next week aka 6th/7th May....

Not sure if they will prepare only Type A or Type B as well cause Type B is almost as good as sold out (left 2 units?).

I was looking to purchase commercial property and I bump into this forum which I find extremely interesting and much activities. I would like to ask to all the sifus here is, what would be the potential of Tropicana Aman as compared to Eco Ardence or SetiaAlam. Eco and Setia are nearer to KL and has more matured township and it is freehold as well as similar pricing as Tropicana Aman too. What is the take up rate of the residential property in TA ? That would be a good indicator of its future commercial success. Any shopping mall in planed ? How many residential landed and condo prop in the master plan? Anymore shoplot in future? What is the catchment area other than TA?
