Been hunting case for my 7+ at midvalley machines but only few choices left. Went to the machine @ gardens and accidentally spotted this and bought it straight after haha. It is the element case aura. Only black and red available there (limited stock). Who is element case fan like me? 😝

Hi guys is it safe to buy the phone from azmmobile or gtronic from GEMFIVE? It say manufacturer warranty. Missed it when GEMFIVE was selling it. It was apple Malaysia warranty. Should be the same. But u can't be too safe. Hehe. N good discount too. If anyone knows better discount pls let me know too. Thanks!!

I bought from both through GEMFIVE the set is Malaysia set and I check in Apple online indeed can claim warranty in Malaysia, you can message GEMFIVE in facebook before you buy if you worry, pretty sure it is local set.

Great fan here... that's why i ditch the ringke Fusion and Xdoria that i owned for 2 days. Well, i still prefer those premium case like Ronin or Sector, feels more solid. Aura is mainly TPU head and bottom.

By the way, i got my Element Case in Ipoh at Senq. Never thought they stock these cases.

nope. you need itunes to sync your songs. if you want to use multiple itunes libraries, untick "automatically manage music on this iphones." if you don't like iTunes, the you'll have to either buy the song or just pay for apple music. (the best option actually)

URGENT!

I found my 7plus has hissing sound and replaced with a new one from midvalley. Now when i plug in and charging, i can feel a little like static on the back of phone, quite obvious n if i turn off the plug, it's gone. (Matte black 32gb)
Anyone experiece this too? Need some advise!

Still gt a bit sound. They said wait for next ios update can it can be solved. O.o im not sure whether it is true. Btw this replaced one i feel a bit static shock when charging, rubbing my hand at the back of hp.

Report after 4 days. Everything is fine except for workmanship issue on all 4 sides touching the screen - not smooth finish, only noticeable when lights reflected on bezel.

Screen was slightly yellowish but now turned bright after 3 days. Not as yellowish as I've seen some who shared photo.

Hissing sound and white noise is different. I tested it on first day. Just ran all benchmark and YouTubing and also silent recording. Noticed the actual hissing sound at first but somehow after I stressed it so much, the sound had now disappeared. Not 100% sure but I'm unable to hear it already with ear pressing to the logo. White noise is consistent sound like with tv with no broadcast. The hissing is higher pitch and pulses, not like white noise.

I bought from Apple Store online. Yesterday dropped by Machine asking about the workmanship issue and they say not covered unless I report to Apple Support first and they can take the case with Apple case number. I called Apple then and lucky did I do that because it's much easier since I bought direct online. Straight away they arrange for pick up and 1 to 1 exchange. Need to return box and everything. Estimate to take 1 week.

Contrary to what was shared by others, the call agent told me the return policy is 14 days from invoice date. This should be true since she told me that at first before I told her I'll be outstation and coming back only in Nov. So, arranging pickup and exchange only then. Hope new unit will be all ok. Taking a bet on it. Meanwhile, I've free use for 2 weeks before changing to a new set
