YES! i got my replacement from machines service centre today due to the yellowish sceren. But today when i got back my new replacememt phone, the screen still looks yellowish. sad.gif(

i even compared my screen with the sample/display model, set them at the same brightness level and even my sister and the machine guy said yeah, definitely my 7+'s screen is warmer compared to the store display'S 7+.

But since i already got the replacement phone, the SC told me to call apple service centre directly because there is nothing i could do he said >< even if the replace the new one, same problem may presist . haaaih.

help anyone. huuu.any idea?

Ummm I'm not sure wether its refurbish or new one but came with phone only ! OH NOOO、 but the SC told me that its a replacement with new serial no hmm.gif could it be a refurbish set cry.gif

Change phone onlY. They only took my phone last week and told me that the replacement phone will arrive from singapore in 3-5 working days, which is today. huu. but i find out that the black matte ip 7+ screen that only dimmer & yellowish . Because i compare my black mate with silver ip7+ side by side and definitely different screen colour.*sigh

owhhh. so in what condition will they replace with complete new set? im thinking of calling the apple support centre on Monday, hear what they have to say and maybe then will try to go to another service centre besides machine KLCC. trying out my luck if another SC can find any solution.

Estimate to take 1 week.

Contrary to what was shared by others, the call agent told me the return policy is 14 days from invoice date. This should be true since she told me that at first before I told her I'll be outstation and coming back only in Nov. So, arranging pickup and exchange only then. Hope new unit will be all ok. Taking a bet on it. Meanwhile, I've free use for 2 weeks before changing to a new set smile.gif

really! thats good to hear. since Machine is an authorized dealer and they have Service Centre in KLCC so i thought it would be easier for me to purchase the phone directly from machines instead of from apple online store. Huuu..little did i know the hassle of returning/exchange policy is different between apple on9 and machines. because i thought machines will implement if not all but at least what the apple online store offer (ex : 1 to 1 return..not reburbish items) . weird.
