They asked me to send it to switch service center for them to have a look at the yellow screen and hissing problem. If it's a technical issue. They will replace a brand new phone and not a refurbish unit. Asked me to bring along my box, cables and headphone

My phone also got the loud hissing sound.. later i am going to change my sim card and test to record a video. see if the video that i record will capture the hissing sound or not
