They asked me to send it to switch service center for them to have a look at the yellow screen and hissing problem. If it's a technical issue. They will replace a brand new phone and not a refurbish unit. Asked me to bring along my box, cables and headphone

Be careful, there is a function in Accessibility that let u change the screen colour, By putting a blue filter, it can make the yellowish screen look normal back, So when u send in for replacement, they may just change the blue filter setting and cheat u said your phone normal back d. not only this problem that i am facing. My phone also got the loud hissing sound.. later i am going to change my sim card and test to record a video. see if the video that i record will capture the hissing sound or not
